Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Europe.

Processing Time

  • Standard items: orders are processed within 【3-5】 business days.
  • Customized items (custom patches, name tags, personalized products): please allow an additional 【5–7】 business days for production before dispatch.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

Orders ship from our fulfillment facilities in Asia. Estimated delivery after dispatch:

  • United States: 【7–15】 business days
  • Canada: 【8–18】 business days
  • Europe: 【10–25】 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is dispatched. Where available, a tracking number will be included. Please note that international tracking may take several days to update, and your package may be transferred to a local carrier (e.g. USPS, Canada Post, or your national postal service) for final delivery — the final leg may show under a different tracking number or carrier.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Our shipments are sent with duties and import taxes prepaid (DDP) — you will not be asked to pay additional customs fees upon delivery. In the rare case that a customs charge is requested, contact us at info@overdesigned.biz before paying, and we'll resolve it.

Incorrect Address / Lost Packages

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received the package, contact your local carrier first, then reach us at info@overdesigned.biz and we'll do our best to help.
