While transforming product design, we also ask that you respect the intellectual property rights of all creators and use our customization service in a lawful manner.

Please note that OVERDESIGN's customization service is provided on the condition that you agree to comply with these "Customization Service Terms & Disclaimer." Therefore, when you choose to use OVERDESIGN's customization service, you will be deemed to have fully read and agreed to these terms. Please read the following carefully:

1. Image Quality & Format Guidelines

The printed result of the customization service will vary depending on the pixel count, image quality, or screen resolution of the image you upload. Please read and agree to the Image Quality & Format Guidelines for Customized Designs and create your design accordingly. Differences between the printed product and the on-screen preview caused by the design image itself or by screen resolution are not printing defects, and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on this basis.

2. Customization Design Content Guidelines

OVERDESIGN wants you to enjoy our customization service, but we also require that you respect the intellectual property rights of all creators and comply with applicable laws. Please ensure that your design:

(1) Does not infringe the intellectual property rights, personal rights, or other rights of any third party. This includes, but is not limited to, infringement of another party's:

• Trademarks, copyrights, or other graphics, colors, or representative compositions that signify a particular brand or business, as well as animation or comic content, etc.
• Portraits, photographs, signatures, news, or film/TV images — used without authorization — of idols, actors, singers, athletes, internet personalities, political figures, or any other persons.

Accordingly, please ensure you hold full and complete rights to the design you use — for example, that it is your own original work, or that you have been duly licensed to use it by the relevant rights holder.

(2) Does not contain unlawful content, such as defamation, insult, threatening, offensive, indecent, genital exposure, obscene, human-rights-violating, unlawful, or other similar inappropriate content. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Incitement of totalitarianism or hateful ideology: e.g., Nazi materials, anti-Semitic content, and similar.
• Racial or regional discrimination: text, slogans, or graphics that discriminate on the basis of skin color, ethnicity, nationality, or region.
• Sex and gender discrimination: gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, or genitalia.
• Appearance and body discrimination: disease, age, body type, taste, looks, dress, or content that covertly demeans a particular group.

You understand and agree that you are solely and fully responsible for all legal liability arising from the content you provide.

Although we may moderately monitor the operation of the customization service, in order to fulfill our brand vision of "protecting personal style," we will in principle not pre-screen unlawful or infringing content on your behalf. However, if OVERDESIGN confirms that a violation has occurred, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the provision of the customization service.

Please note that if your violation of these Customization Service Terms & Disclaimer causes OVERDESIGN and/or its affiliates to face any claim, prosecution, penalty, or demand for compensation from a third party or government authority, you agree that OVERDESIGN shall have the right to require you to bear all resulting damages and losses.
