Online Store Terms

Products & Pricing

We reserve the right to modify product offerings and prices at any time without notice. Product images and colors are displayed as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee your device's display reflects the actual color. All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.

Custom Products & User Content

When you submit a design, text, or image for a customized product, you confirm that:

• you own the content or have the right to use it;
• it does not infringe any third party's copyright, trademark, or other rights (including sports team logos, league marks, and licensed characters);
• it does not contain unlawful, hateful, or obscene material.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any custom order that, in our judgment, violates the above, with a full refund. You retain ownership of your design; you grant us a limited license to reproduce it solely to manufacture and fulfill your order.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors, or where errors in pricing or availability occurred. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.

Accuracy of Information

We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. Material on this site is provided for general information only.

Limitation of Liability
