1. Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Custom & Personalized Items — Final Sale

All customized and personalized products — including custom PVC velcro patches, custom name tags, personalized trackers, and any backpack or accessory featuring your own design or text — are made to order and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage in transit. Please double-check your design, spelling, and options before placing your order.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@overdesigned.biz with your order number and photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping in these cases. This applies to custom items as well.

Return Shipping

For all other returns (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

Email info@overdesigned.biz with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without contacting us first — we will provide the correct return address and instructions. Items returned without authorization may not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
